i dont know if anyone else experiences this but when two people are playing the wii and 2 wiimotes are on, when you go to turn 1 off so you can play on your own without wasting the batteries in the other one, the whole console and both wiimotes turn off. is there a way to prevent this?

for starters, don't press the power button on top, as that is for the console and not for the controller. I usually just take one battery out of the unused controller and put it back in again. Then it switches off. Just don't press any of the buttons afterwards.

no preoblemo.....you can also use the power button on the wiimote to switch on the console if you didn't already know.

press the home button anytime and on the bottom theres the option for the wiimote settings, in there you can re-connect the wiimotes, click this, it will disconnect all the wiimotes, then you just reconnect the wiimotes by pressing 1+2 togther
