i just bought red steel from hmv but its a 16 and im 14 i was on my own and he just gave it to me what an idiot but i like himj as i owuld have been ****ed if it wasnt allowed to get it

I'm pretty sure there is no law for selling rated games, it's more of a guideline for parents to make a decision on whether their kids should play them.

It's illegal if it's a proper BBFC classification like on films, the ELSPA ratings are just a parental guideline.
