Trauma Center: Second Opinion is NOT a quick-and-dirty port of the DS title "Trauma Center: Under the Knife." It has new graphics and animation; new surgical implements and operation types; a second playable character with new missions; multiple difficulty modes; and a revised control system that takes full advantage of the Wii Remote. It's a remake (or "Wii-make," if you prefer) with gobs of added content. i loved the DS version of this so may get it for the wii but may be too similar gameplay so maybe not lol

This looks like one of them games where it doesn't look amazing but if you give it go your love it.....
I'll probably hire it first before I commit my cash to it but I'm curious to play it.

cheers for the video, looks good, i have the first version on the DS i think the Wii version is meant to be easier which is nice because the DS one was very hard. Not sure if i will get it for the Wii though, the touch screen on the DS is perfect for it though the Wiimote will be good doubt it will be as good as doing it on the DS

Yeah i does look like a pretty amazing game, i think i'll probably buy it, i like the idea of doing an operation under a time limit, i heard the DS version was good but i never really felt like buying it.
